陈敏

个人简介

陈敏，华南理工大学计算机科学与工程学院长聘教授、博导，人工智能与数字经济广东省实验室（广州）研究员，人工智能领域专家，IEEE Fellow，全球人工智能领域高被引科学家。现任嵌入与普适计算（EPIC）实验室主任，IET Fellow、AAIA Fellow。2012年入选海外高层次人才计划，教育部新世纪优秀人才，2014年入选湖北省杰青。曾任湖北省智能认知技术国际合作基地主任。2020年（40岁以下）当选为IEEE Fellow（国际电气电子工程师学会会士），并自2018年至2024年连续七次入选科睿唯安全球高被引科学家榜。长期专注于认知计算、大模型、人工智能、脑科学交叉研究，现已出版学术专著或教材12部，谷歌学术总引用超过5万次，H指数最高达101（中国H指数100或以上的计算机方向学者不到30人，占全球相关研究人员的 0.0016%），i10-index达352。在IEEE JSAC、IEEE TNNLS、IEEE TPDS、IEEE TWC、IEEE TSC、INFOCOM、Science、Nature Communications等国际权威期刊及知名学术会议上发表论文200余篇，发表 CCF A类会议、IEEE-ACM Trans./Magazine论文80余篇，34篇ESI高被引论文，12篇ESI热点论文，单篇最高引用超过5200次，授权国家发明专利20余项，出版专著与教材12本，其中全美英文教材《大数据分析应用》已被哈佛、斯坦福等40所名校采用。在16个国际学术会议上受邀做报告，多篇论文获得最佳会议论文，并获IEEE通信学会Fred W. Ellersick Prize （2017），IEEE车载技术学会Jack Neubauer Memorial Award （2019）, 以及IEEE ComSoc亚太地区的最佳论文奖（2022）。

研究领域

主要研究领域：认知计算、5G网络、可穿戴计算、大数据分析、机器人技术、情绪检测、移动边缘计算、LLM和结构计算等。

团队长期聚焦智能系统自主感知与决策、人机共融交互及大模型智能化应用等核心科学问题，系统开展了低空无人系统智能化控制、织物计算与无感生理监测、大模型微调等多个关键方向的原创性研究工作。

在低空无人系统智能化方向，开展低空无人系统自主定位与导航、复杂场景智能感知与决策、低空无人系统自主控制、系统质量安全风险自评估与自维护、跨域无人系统自主作业等方面的研究，突破自主导航控制的关键技术难点，实现复杂环境小型无人机自主导航控制、低空自主遥感测绘、特种机器人运动控制和服务机器人系统的基础研究。

团队在织物计算领域已研发了可无感化采集高分辨率运动信号的织物鞋垫。在血氧血压监测领域，已打通了从采集硬件到脉冲梯度增强学习网络的全流程，实现自动化、无感化的血压监控。并于于2024年12月首创性提出“自然语言微调技术（NLFT）”，在极低计算资源与极小样本条件下，显著提升了大模型在特定任务中的表现，打破了传统“规模法则”对大模型性能的依赖，被誉为引发AI“顿悟时刻”的关键技术之一。

目前，研究团队正在和华南理工大学唐洪武校长团队合作，推动水利大模型的微调和落地。团队还和南部战区总医院开展医学领域微调大模型的研究，赋能大模型拥有医学专家诊断思维。除此之外，团队还与埃克斯工业，中科蓝讯等企业开展沟通合作，用自然语言微调技术助力企业专属的垂直领域大模型构建。该方法目前已在智慧水利、临床医学等多个高专业门槛领域开展落地验证：与唐洪武校长团队合作推动“水利大模型”微调与工程化落地；与南部战区总医院合作推动大模型医疗微调系统的构建，使模型具备接近专家级的临床诊断思维。同时，团队还与埃克斯工业、中科蓝讯等企业开展联合攻关，推动垂直领域专属大模型构建，赋能企业场景中的语言智能化能力升级。
